Problem: Unsubscribe for BlackBerry FAILS!

We have attempted to unsubscribe from numerous emails over the past few weeks.  Each attempt produces two (2) delay notices--one for two (2) days, one for one (1) day--and then a failure notice.

Unsubscribe's new owners, TrustedID, asked us to verify we purchased the app via AppWorld.  We did.  Since then, we have contacted them several times regarding ongoing failure.  The first message was their only response.

This program does not work, and TrustedID clearly does not care about its customers, either!

Re: Problem: Unsubscribe for BlackBerry FAILS!

The Unsubscribe program offered in AppWorld always fails. None of the unsubscribe attempts succeeds, and TrustedID--the owners--do not offer any help.

Please remove this program from AppWorld.

Re: Problem: Unsubscribe for BlackBerry FAILS!

what does "unsubscribe program" mean?
and what is TrustedID?

Re: Problem: Unsubscribe for BlackBerry FAILS!

"Unsubscribe" is an AppWorld application. TrustedID is the owning company for Unsubscribe, as Microsoft is for Windows 7.

Please let us know why that was unclear.

are you referring to this app?
http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/43359/

it seems free. Why did you purchase it?

Re: Problem: Unsubscribe for BlackBerry FAILS!

Yes, that is the app.

We are not sure whether we paid for it--many apps require purchase to continue using them. In any case, Unsubscribe does not unsubscribe users from anything and should not be offered anymore.
