We have attempted to unsubscribe from numerous emails over the past few weeks. Each attempt produces two (2) delay notices--one for two (2) days, one for one (1) day--and then a failure notice.
Unsubscribe's new owners, TrustedID, asked us to verify we purchased the app via AppWorld. We did. Since then, we have contacted them several times regarding ongoing failure. The first message was their only response.
This program does not work, and TrustedID clearly does not care about its customers, either!
