I am unable to update the Email Details - Signature from the Email Settings Option in the phone( through Web Site). I configure all of my mail accounts through http://mobile.blackberry.com.
When going through the Email Settings option, i am getting this error "Your device encountered a problem with this application's server. Select Ok and repeat the action to try again."
I am also not able to send the service book from Email Settings > Service Book > Send Service Book and same problem is occuring while creating a new user in Email Settings.
Finally, i'm able to control almost every thing from http://mobile.blackberry.com.
As far as the Signature updation, i'm not able enter the new line in the signature on web. Since, its on the web. Previously, i was able to give enter in the Email Settings > Edit > Signature.
Just now i changed the subscriber. Apart from this, everything is working fine!
I really need the lots of Enter(s). Since, my signature has many multiple lines.
I restarted it many time after pulling battery for 5 minutes and registered the handset in Service Book many times.
Please help me out Team. Since, Customer Care has no solution for this.
