Problem after update

After a update to softwareversion 2949 my phone is locked and when i try to unlock it there are three uptions i can use on my screen;

Device is locked,

unlock, emergency and cancel, are the things i can use but if i press unlock my phone gives a black screen!!

 

Is there anyone who knows how i can unlock my device?

 

If i connect my phone to a pc it tells me the same that i first have to unlock my dive.

I would suggest creating a full backup of your data through BlackBerry Desktop Software and then follow the steps in this KB article: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB11320

 

Then test the unlocking prior to restoring any data.

Thx for your suggestion but it dasn't work beacause i have to unlock my device first and that is the big problem.

 

If you have a other suggestion please let me know
