Problem installing anything on App World, Please try again

This is not the same as the error message others get while trying to log into AW and it can't be resolved by changing time zones or updating the time to automatic as I have tried on my 9800. Looking for a resolution. It just says problem installing (any app) please try again

Somebody please help! I haven't dowloaded or upgraded anything from AW in 2 months! I'm no guru or techno wiz, I just want to enjoy using my BB again. Help me pls!

No! I don't get an error message. When I'm trying to download or upgrade anything on AW, the download will proceed as normal but a pop up message comes on saying, "there was a problem installing (whatever app) please try again". That's all and I don't know why

You should consider updating device OS. Let me know you're using Vodafone service is which country. Then I'll check the available updated OS version for you.

Thank you so much for your efforts. My Vodafone/vodacom service is South Africa.
