Problem syncing calendar with Outlook after changing phone provider



When I changed to a new phone provider and did the first sync between phone (Curve 9300 Desktop Manager v6.1) and it asked me about using my default setting rather than accepting the new one which would duplicate entries,  Not really knowing what I was doing,  I accepted the default.  Now, although the desktop pushes its entires to the phone, it is not showing any entries made on the phone itself and I can't change the default on the phone.  How do I reconcile the two again?  (it used ot work perfectly ...)
