Problem updating records with BB Protect

I have a problem with BB Protect, if someone can help me. My BB 8520 was stolen a few months and from that time on i keep trying to transfer my infos saved with BB Protect in another phone. Can someone help me with this? Should I access my BB Protect account from my new phone and download the information from there? And if so, how could I do that?

the problem is that i can`t log in my other account in the new phone.  when I try to connect to the account it tells me that the account already exist and that I have to create a new one

Please provide the exact and complete error message you are presented with.
