Problem with BB8300 Firewall setting

I cannot disable the firewall, there is a small red-lock-like icon before the ENABLED item, and i cannot change the firewall setting hence a problem occured when using eOffice;( Any good guy can tell me how to change the firewall setting?

The lock means that you can not disable the option because it has been set by an IP policy. Try telling us what the problem is with eOffice and maybe someone can help you out. The firewall is not usually the problem with applications.
