Have you posted your PIN somewhere ? If you have then remove it from there . Every BlackBerry PIN are unique , one must know your PIN to send a BBM request .
Or you can simply delete or deny any request . No need to delete BBM just deny any PIN that you don't know.

I have not shared the PIN anywhere, rather I am not a regular user of BBM. Also, the request which I ma getting are in 100 numbers that too from unknown language. Is there a way to unistall the app or stop the BBM for a while ?

Sorry to hear that but one must know your PIN to send such request .
But if you want to delete it for a while then yes you can do it , for that On your Homescreen Go to Option > Device > Application Management > Scroll down and locate BlackBerry Messenger , highlight it , press the Menu Key and click on Delete .
Once deleted Perform a Battery pull restart bu removing the battery while it is Powered On , wait for a min then reinsert it back . That's all .
Whenever you feel and need BBM you can download it from BlackBerry world or simply from your BlackBerry browser browse to www.blackberry.com/bbm and download it again.
