My Carrier: virgin mobile device with Telus mobility

Problem with BlackBerry Core Application

I been trying to add few more additional language to my 9900 for long time but

have been trouble to find BB Core Application on my BB Desktop.

I am using Virgin Mobile device with Telus mobility service so I installed both telus and virgin device softwares but for some reason BB Core Application hasn't appear on my BB Desktop.

Some one mentioned I need to run Load.exe to change some settings but it also doesn't exsit.


All I want to do is be able to read and type few more languages.

It will be awesome if any can help me out with this!!

There are many possibilities for not able to view the device Core applications like if the PC which are using is connected to internet or if OS is not installed on that PC.If you want to install additional languages you can download the OS pack from your Carrier then install it , it will offer you to add languages that your Carrier supports.Refer to this Knowledge Base for furthrt help:
