I have a bold 9900 smartphone and since a few months, I can't access my blackberryID. I have reset my password several times, but the problem seems to be the user name. My user name, which I had set up several years ago with my first blackberry, was just a name. Now, when I enter the Blackberry ID on my Bold 9900, it asks me for an email address as username. I have only one email address in connection with my blackberry and this doen't work.
Please can anybody help????

No, your BlackBerryID username is actually the email address.
I suggest that you just stop and create a totally new BlackBerryID.
