Problem with downloading Slide Lock App by Alani Infotech Private Limited

I paid for the Slider Lock app for my torch 9850. As I was downloading it onto my phone I got an error message #30511 that the app could not download because of problems with licensing information. I was charged for the app but I didn't get it.

I have sent 2 messages to customer support at getempower.com with no response.

Anyone else experience this problem?

If you don't get a response from the developer soon, contact Sprint.  They handle refunds for AppWorld.

Make sure you write a negative review in AppWorld if you're not getting good customer service from the developer.

I hope that helps you.  Smiley Happy

Re: Problem with downloading Slide Lock App by Alani Infotech Private Limited

exact problem here - paid for the slider lock software, $1.99 from Slide Lock App by Alani Infotech Private Limited at www.getempower.com. The software didn't download, so I emailed them the details of the problem, through their support option on the website. Nothing. Have emailed twice since. Nothing.

Avoid this company. They might think 2 bucks is not worth most people's time tracking down...they'd be right. Which again, their philosophy would make them a company to avoid.
