Problem with home page

I've just been given a replacement from from orange as my old one stopped working. On the old Blackberry Curve 8520 I had an icon on the home screen that worked to cover both my email accounts and my SIMS messages. On this new phone I have three icons which is a pain to keep checking all three. Is there any way I can get back the one icon for all of them?

Re: Problem with home page

Hello caryne and welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

Does this new replacement BlackBerry® Curve™ 8520 smartphone have the same software version as your previous one?

In your Messages folder, go to Menu>Options. Do you see Inbox Management? If so, select this and ensure you have check marks in your email accounts and SMS.

If you don't have this option, it is possible this device has older software on it, in which case you will need to update it to the latest version.

To do the update, launch BlackBerry® Desktop Software (do a backup!) and it should check for updates. If it doesn't, go to Device>Device Options and check for updates.

Hope this answers your question.
