Problem with internet

I have a problem with my internet,it says that I'm not connected to the server or bad gateway 502,what do I do?

Are you running BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Server)?

Did you subscribe for BlackBerry data plan from your mobile operator?

Yes I did subscribe for Blackberry data plan from my mobile operator...I'm not running BES.

Try this -


When you device is POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery. This make a reboot to your device which resolves minor issues with the BlackBerry device.

Did that many times but it stil doesn't work...it says "that I'm not connected to the server or bad gateway 502 or just error".

The facebook server has returned an unknown error and can not complete your request...what does that mean?
