Problem with password

Hello my bberry cannot recognize my password anymore, it tell to me : last trying if you failed you will loose your personnal  information. I already ask help from my provider in france. They say you need cancel everything and start aigain. does someone can help please. I would like to try not to loose all my contacts.

Not too many options when it comes down to blackberry passwords.  Smiley Sad

If you put in the password incorrectly too many times, the phone will wipe itself.  Are your contacts linked to an email account?  Do you use blackberry protect or have a backup using the desktop manager?  If you have done any of these, then your contacts are backed up.

Thank you i do have blackberry protect install already , i was wondering why he does not recognize my password anymore, nothing as changed.

Impossible to tell.  Maybe a key (num / shift) isn't responding if your password has a number or capital letter.  If your device is wiped, you will be able to restore your info using bb protect.  Sorry you're having trouble wiith this, but I don't know of a way around the password issue.

to days ago i have changed my

password Blacberry ID on my computer tryng to rich blacberry protect.

is THat new PASSWORD

he ask to me on my terminal,

or it may be my usual password?

I think I understand.  The blackberry ID password you changed on the computer is different from the password you use to unlock the blackberry.  That hasn't changed.
