I have a problem with my Bold 9700.....browser dosent open if i click the icon and there is no problem with others.
I have tried re-installing the software, upgraded the OS but i am unable to resolve the same. Soon after the installation it will work for only one time, while being connected on to the computer and if i unplug it, it's back to the same problem.
Does anyone has any suggestion for the problem.

Please take complete backup of your handheld, then On computer Go to C: drive > Programme files > common files > research in motion > app loader > loader.exe. Double click on loader.exe and follow the instruction carefuly. It will reload your device OS.

Please find procedure to perform a clean OS reload, share if its not work
