I have been facing the following problem with My BB Bold since i bought it,
sometimes i loose the connection from the provider and when its back i can't get connected to the internet neither receive new mails or connect to the MSN Messenger, so i turn of the device off and turn it on again to get the connection back.
Can you please tell me whats the solution for my problem.

RIM recommends this to re-establish communications on the BB...
With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
