I recently changed my email password, however, when I try to change the password on my Torch via Setup>Email Accounts, the "Email Accounts" will not open up. I can't even add another email account to the device. I click on "Email Accounts" button and the timer comes on briefly for a second or two, then nothing.
I can open up all the other buttons listed beside the "Email Account" like "Blackberry Messenger" "Wifi" etc.

First try a battery pull restart by removing the battery while your device is Powered On, wait for a min. then reinsert it back , after reboot go to email setup options and see if that allows .
If that fails then you can use your Carrier BIS site to add / edit your email account Or use your BlackBerry browser and browse to www.blackberry.com/integrate to add / edit any of your email account .
