I'm not the only BBY user desperately struggling to connect to my emails through Web Outlook... which is why I have a BBY by the way!
I've spent a lot of time with our netwok manager and we've tried a number of combinations to get the BBY connected , nothing seems to work.
Of course my network provider (Orange FR) say they can't help, it's to do with BBY.
Before I give up and bin my BBY (after all these years of using BBY) and get myself a more user friendly Smartphone, can anybody help me resolve this problem?

Here are some things to try:
In addition, sometimes it's just not possible to configure via the device interface...and your carriers BIS website, from a PC/browser, might be able to do so...here's a partial list:
If you can't find your carriers, you'd need to ask them for the URL of it.
In addition, from your BB Browser, you can try this url:
There are a few limited circumstances where BIS cannot properly integrate to OWA...but that's usually a server-side incompatibility (e.g., ISA) rather than anything else.
You also can ask your network admins to check this:
Lastly, if something does not work correctly, details will be much more helpful..."nothing seems to work" provides us nothing to diagnose from and thereby possibly provide you better guidance. Step by step of what you try and exactly how each step results is always more helpful. Further, if any error messages present, the exact and complete content of those is extremely useful.

Thanks for the very detailed answer and for the reactivity, I will pass that information on to our IT person so that he can check the various items. There is hopefully a solution...
