Problems logging into my Blackberry World App

Every since March i have tried to log into my Blackberry World App and I keep getting a message that says " An error has occured. Please try again later." I have a Blackberry Curve 9330 Smartphone with a 6.0 bundle. Why am I having trouble with this???? Please help!!!

Here is a KB that discusses that error:

  • KB25882 "An error has occurred. Please try again later" is displayed when the user attempts to login to BlackBerry App World
