Problems logging into the BlackBerry Expert Support Center for BES Cloud services

Having quite a few problems with BES Cloud Services, and decided to contact support through BlackBerry Administration Services page.

 

Need to register, but need the SRP ID: and the SRP Authentication Key.

 

Found the SRP ID, but how do I locate the SRP Authentication Key on the Smartphone itself?

 

The only other alternatives are:

 

  • In the BlackBerry® Configuration Database - No access in Cloud Services
  • In the cached property file - No access in Cloud Services
  • In the BlackBerry® Manager or the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Management console - No access in Cloud Services
  • On the BlackBerry® smartphone - Found the SRP ID, but where is the SRP Authentication Key.

Appreciate any guidance.
