Problems saving pictures

I have a problem with my Blackberry Bold 9900:
I was taking some pictures (I don´t use a memory card), I could see them the moment I took them but suddenly the screen was totally black, the pictures haven´t been saved either as usually.
I deleted some other stuff to have more space, but that didn't work. Is there any way to get them back or do they not exist? And how can I avoid this? This has never happened to me before and I´m very upset because there were some very important pictures to me...

Re: Problems saving pictures

To see if they exist it's best to explore the media folder. Click on the Media folder. Then hit the menu key and select "Explore." Browse the device memory and look for the pictures there.

Re: Problems saving pictures

If they're not in there then they likely don't exist. I highly recommend using a media card for pictures. Saving them on the device is just asking for problems.

That said, I'm not sure where they're going. How much free application memory is on the device? Look in Options >Memory
