I am currently using DM for Mac to sync iCal to my tour. Everything is working great but the alarm/reminder from my iCal is not transferring over to my Tour.
Is there a setting either on the Tour or DM that will enable the alarms to transfer over?

I'm having the same exact problem. Snow Leopard MacOS X 10.6.3, BlackBerry Desktop Manager 1.0.2 (build 8). Calendar events sync, but not the reminders/alarms.

You're better off than I am. I can't even get the calendar to sync. I have resorted to carrying around an iPod Touch as my calendar.
How are you getting your calendar to sync?
