Problems with 7.1 Software update on Bold 9790

I have been prompted to do software update to 7.1 but everytime I try it gives me error message "Device could not connect to server using Wi-fi" I am not using Wi-fi, I just clicked on the Software update icon as normal. Do I have to use a computer perhaps?

I've done all my software updates via PC with BlackBerry Desktop Software so it's definitely something I recommend.
