Problems with AppWorld

I use blackberry 9320, and I have the following problem.

When I try to download any application from Blackberry AppWorld I reseive the following message:

"No cashed credentials (Error Id:40721)".

Tell me please how to fix it. In fact I have no idea how to solve this problem, because I have never used Blackberry before, so any help or assistance will be highly appreciated.

Does this pertain to your situation? If you've confirmed that you have a BlackBerry data plan on your BlackBerry, or if you've already tried connecting to a WiFi connection, let us know and we can check into a few other things.
