I got my BB Curve 9360 for Xmas, and got it all set up and it was working fine....loved it. However, about 3 weeks ago, I suddenly could no longer text photos. This strange thing occurred at the same time my wifi router broke and was replaced in my house and also I got a new car and added the BB to my Bluetooth on my car. Both things happened the same day, and suddenly I can't send photos....and I've been messing with the phone ever since. Also, my device seems to freeze up an awful lot, too, which it never did prior.
Anyone care to take a crack at this? I would be eternally grateful to have this annoying problem solved.
Thanks in advance!

Hi and Welcome to the Community!!
I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support regarding your inability to send MMS.

I'm still having an issues sending photos
"still"??? This is your first report in this thread...did I miss something?
and I tried the battery pop out reboot. What else would you suggest to try?
Well, what you stated is merely step 3 of the 3-step process listed above...did you perhaps consider doing all 3 steps, in sequence, as intended?
Further, at the end of that post is the statement:
