Re: Problems with Blackberry ID

Hi JHB2012,

Welcome to the Support Community!

In order to sign in with a different BlackBerry® ID on your BlackBerry® Curve™ 8520 smartphone, please backup your data and perform a security wipe. Once you have done a security wipe, you can then login with your new BlackBerry® ID. The following KB article provides further information. "How to change the BlackBerry ID on a BlackBerry PlayBook tablet or BlackBerry smartphone"  http://bbry.lv/VIHI3a

Hope this helps.
