Problems with Ford Sync sytem and BB Bold 9650

I can connect fine with my BB Bold 9650 to my Ford Sync system.  However, the phone does not disconnect properly when I turn the car off and leave the vehicle.  Sometimes I can not hear on the phone, and it will not reconnect to the Ford Sync the next time I get into the vehicle.  The only way to resolve it is to take the battery out ot the phone to reset it.  I do get an error message on the BB when I leave the car and it is supposed to disconnect.  I know it is the phone and not the Syns system as all the other phones in our household work properly, as did my last BB which was a Curve.  The issue started with my new BB Bold.  HELP!
