backed up and updated with latest software

still having the problem of emails not showing in the inbox

Please keep all discussion in that thread alone. That way, anyone who wishes to contribute can have the benefit of what has gone on before. Opening new threads confuses things and invites redundant advice to you, since the new thread does not contain what had gone on before.
