Yup subscribed to BIS and BESm from what t-mobile says, for the 5th time I have called, its a RIM probem and just wait "one more day" the "engineer's are working on it"...what ever that means....I am sure they are working on a fix.......

The new update for Email Setup Application is available to download now.
It can be accessed by going to Manage Email Accounts.
Please Back up your data before attempting to update. It is working fine for me

Not the device update.
The Email Setup Apllication update.
Go to the main Messages folder, press the menu/action key and choose options -> go to Manage Email Accounts and you will be prompted to Update the Email Seup Application.
Backup your data before you do the update.
This update seems to be in response to the problems caused by the earlier update. I had no problems with the earlier update but many people had, thats why i mentioned it here so this problem gets solved.

Hi, This is my first time using a BlackBerry, so it would be great if you excuse me for, well, being a 'noob'.
I had the same problem mentioned in this post, I had just pulled my phone out of the box, called customer care to put me on a data plan, tried updating the email client and the phone just crashed and froze.
I somehow managed to get it to start again using the desktop manager, but I had lost all the blackberry maps and all of the games and I'm thinking a few more apps too. Now, hopefully RIM will fix the email client problem, but what I wanted to know was how to get those apps and games back since I didn't get the chance to take a back up. I use a macbook pro...
