Problems with software update for 7.1.0 2108

Ever since I updated the software on my Bold 9900, my  Back Beat wireless headset does not work.  It works when you do the initial install, but every time it pairs after that, there is no connection to the audio functions.  Anyone else have this problem?  Does anyone know a fix?
