Purchased Download Failed

I purchased The Price Is Right game and halfway through the download gave me an error and stopped wtih know way of getting back to the download screen.  I attempted to contact support through the form here and it tells me my Pin isn't correct. 


Any suggestions?  I just want to download the stupid game!
