Q: how to make “email account/ forgot password” sent to another pin.

Hello BB'ers. Well,I had to Change BB device due to plug connectors damage & a black screen. On the replaced BB, Email account Setup is rejecting the logging info to configure new pin & mail/message account.
how shall I get the SMS Password Reminder if its still sent to another pin » harmed BB?

Hi Marwan_bs,

I would recommend contacting your wireless network provider regarding this. It seems your new BlackBerry smartphone may not have registered correctly with your account.  I assume you are using the same SIM card in your new device?

Thanks.
