REF : my device status "archive"

[ Edited ]

Hi there,a couple of months ago my curve 9360 was stolen, I reported it to the police, my subscriber,blackberry and who knows where. I gave all my relevant info to these parties in order to speed up the process but up this day, I still cannot retrieve my my phone, I can't even view my device on blackberry protect, it rather tells me that my device has been Archive, MY client ID : <removed>

When I lo on to blackberry protect it only states my name garlen and not the <removed>  as it surposed to be.

Please if you or anybody out there can help me retrieve or even remove the archive status from my curve 9360 I would dearly appreciate it,

Yours sincerely

Garlen

Re: REF : my device status "archive"

Hello,

You have not said...do you have a replacement BB? The use of BB Protect stored data, in any state, can only be done with another BB...by itself, the data contained on BB Protect is useless without a BB with which to use it.

Thanks and let us know!
