"When we launched CrackBerry.com 10 years ago, we set out to make it a fun and useful destination where BlackBerry Smartphone owners could share their excitement and learn to unleash the full potential of their BlackBerry. A decade later, the CrackBerry community is as active and passionate as ever and I know our knowledgeable members and volunteers will be excited to welcome and assist more BlackBerry owners with their questions."

I have tried all the mentioned steps but I seem to be encountering a different problem.
I used the desktop manager v6:
When I click on update, it shows that no updates are available, but there is no button which reads 'view older versions'.
I uninstalled it and used desktop manager v5:
Again after running application loader, and updating, it still says that there are no updates available, but again does not show me any older versions (any versions whatsoever).
So I am unable to update my phone even with an older version.
What do I do now???
