I had swapped my blackberry with another person; and when i upgraded the bbm it told me to reboot which i did, when i then went on my bbm it told me to type in my blackberry ID (i have one that i had previously used with my old device) and password, as though this was not bb to start with it says i still have to log in with that persons blackberry ID.. I obviously do not have that information.. what do i do?

it is not letting me go on bbm unless i do so, i have wiped my bb yet it is still not letting me,

You must first do a security wipe on that device, and then enter your own BlackBerryID.

BlackBerry smartphone must be security wiped before transferring ownership
