Hi Guys,


First time posting and would need your expert help. Any idea how to get rid of the below email coming into my BB ?Coming in by the couple of hundreds daily. Appreciate the help. 


Subject: RIM_bca28a80-e9c0-11d1-87fe-00600811c6a2

This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server.

it's the return of the etp messages ! saying you declared you're using BES which is false.

Thanks for replying. Yes I found that article(the link you gave) before posting. I tried removing the BES/BER but that option is nowhere to be found under Add/Remove->BB Destop Manager. I've not tried removing the whole application and re-installing for fear that it would wipe out my contacts. It happened once. Btw, I have a BB Curve 8320 and Desktop Manager v4.2.2. Thanks all for advise.
