RIM servers blocking incoming email

How do you tell RIM to stop blocking incoming emails? The forward I have from another email account is now being blocked by RIM servers (it's been working fine for a year):

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

  MY BLACKBERRY EMAIL@sprint.blackberry.net
(ultimately generated from MY OTHER EMAIL ACCOUNT)
SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<MY BLACKBERRY EMAIL@sprint.blackberry.net>:
    host mx04.bis.na.blackberry.com [216.9.248.35]:
550 #5.7.1 Your access to submit messages to this e-mail system has been rejected.

Re: RIM servers blocking incoming email

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

You need to contact Sprint for formal support...if they cannot fix it, they can escalate you into RIM.

Good luck!
