RTSP Streaming

I have suddenly lost the ability to view RTSP video streaming on by Blackberry 9630 Tour.  I have an App, DMSS, that allows me to view my CCTV cameras from my house remotely. Using Sprint.

The system has been working flawlessly for over one year, then suddenly I get "Open Stream Error"

The App will log in via port 37777 and allow me to select cameras, but then error message appears.

I can still view the RTSP stream ok via VLC player on my Laptop remotely without problem, also works fine on i-phone via AT&T.

I have also tried various different RTSP streams from the web.  The native Blackberry Browser will open, start buffering, then display error.

After some Googling, the solution appears to be to change the APN settings, but my Blackberry will not let me save any changes.

The RTSP stream has started working again sporadically, say for a few hours one day, then out for several days.

Anyone else experiencing similar problem?  I am in the Miami, FL are BTW.
