Hope someone can help me, over 5 times a day I keep getting Radio Path Unavailable when making a call and I am unable to receive calls, I can send/receive sms, I can use the data service(emails/browser) without problem.
On the BB support site it says this happens when a user has roamed to a different country(which I have not) and to remove and re-insert the battery, as you can imagine I do not want to do this over 5 times a day!! I have two identialcal BB8310 curves with the same problem. My provider O2 said its not them and to speak to BB, I have not spoke to BB yet as I thought I might aswell try some forums first.

Solution: My service is with ATT and I have two 8820s . The gentlemen I talked with had me pull my sim card and he did an "over-the-air activation". This fixed my personal phone but I did not try it yet with my work phone, I think I will let the work techs deal with that one. Both of these phones are 8820s and both started having the Radio Path issue around the same time. I was not traveling much at the time the issues started so I suspect some change in my local tower caused the issues. I had also tried a complete software reload on my phone before this but it did not fix the issue.

I'm having the same situation with an 8310. AT&T tells me there is a tower issue here, and that it would be resolved 2 days ago, then yesterday, but NO still having the issue. Hopefully today!
