I've been having issues with my BB Torch 9800 (6.0 Bundle 2647), randomly shutting down. When I finally get it to turn back on, it reboots.
I've tried working with AT&T tech support for a solution, but nothing we've tried has worked long term, and it's very frustrating!
I have very limited media/apps on my phone, yet, this issues keeps occuring. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

You need to consider reinstalling/updating device OS. To do so check the below KB article -
