Hi I got the same problem with my torch 9800 which was also on vodacom-sa. It shows MM6 error and if I wanna ph it shows Supplementary service error . general error the problem is the internet work fine but our phones are been reported by the first owners. I bought this ph by a shop but it was secondhand and it had no box with it. After Two Months suddenly I can't ph out but the ph did work before. I don't get MM6 on Cell C or Mtn just on Vodacom-SA. The first owners reported the phones stilen and even thou we bought the phones legally out of the shop the first owners did spite us afta they did sold the phones. They waited a while and blacklisted the phones and they got their money for the phones.. I wish I know how to unblacklist it by Vodacom if u find out how plz let me know.
