Don't know if you've solved your problem yet but it sounds like one I had recently.  What I did was to add the email address again through the setup application.  Once I entered the email address and the password there it validated this "new" address.  I then simply deleted the original account.  This solved my problem, hope it helps you as well Smiley Happy

got the same problem but i think its the website thats down ? but ive been trying for 3 days and always get the same messege when you click on the email verifaction link in the email blackberry send you . that is as follwows:
