Readd in BBM when change device?

hello

it is normal, that i have to readd my contacts in BBM, when they get a new device (with new PIN)?

Depending on how they switch their BlackBerry smartphone it is normal for you to re add them or for them to re invite you.

hello,

i have done some tests.

 

switch with desktopmanager -> you dont need to reinvite

manual switch (set act. password, change sim to new device and activate) -> you need to reinvite your contacts.
