Reboot Whatsapp

Hi,

 

I installed whatsapp on my Bold 9900 and it worked fine for several hours, then the status went to "updating" and stopped me from exchanging messages. I tried to take the battery out, and rebooted, and whatsapp could function normally. However, after several hours, same thing happened and I did the same thing.

 

The same problem has happened over and over again and I have to take the battery out and reboot every several hours to make whatsapp work.

 

Please advise what the best way is to fix it. Thanks.

Hi, I am experiencing the same issue, never happened on iOS or Android phones. Anyone has a solution?
