Rebooting issues

I deleted Facebook from my blackberry curve 8520. I did a battery pull to complete the uninstallation and during the rebooting it froze and has not restarted. What do I do??

Re: Rebooting issues

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

A battery pull to complete the uninstall of an app is quite unusual...did it not prompt you to make a menu selection to perform the reboot? If so, did something go wrong with that? Depending on the full story of what happened, your resolution path may be different...

You should, of course, try another batt-pull. Leave the battery out for 15 minutes though...logically, it should not matter...but sometimes it does.

Please let us know why you had to do the batt pull for the uninstall.

Thanks and let us know!
