Recent update issue



so I recently updated my blackberry messenger.

Ever since I did, I have been unable to use my bbm, my internet doesn't connect and my email wont sync up.

Basically my blackberry can make and receive texts and calls. That it.


I have reset the phone, removed the sim and battery and still nothing

I can't even get on to the blackberry world to see what the hell I have done.


Any other suggestions? I'm desperate

Please try those steps and see if that helps :

1- Register your Handheld .

  • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with the wireless network
  • Wait till a Registration messages comes in your message box.

2- Resend your Service Book

  • KB02830 Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service
  • ( Wait for a Registration message for each email account you have configured on your device )

3-  Then perform a battery pull restart like this while the device is powered On remove your battery wait for a min. then reinsert it back  


If that doesn't work out then you have to call your Carrier for further help.
