Basically, my BB will recieve my emails, but when i try to send one or reply it says 'no message services configured'
But as my email adress is already registered it wont let me redo it!
Am really stuck so any help?!

I'm having the same problem! Can you get onto your Email Settings through the setup files? Cause mine says that there's something wrong with the server, so maybe BB's server is down?

I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should try deleting and re-adding your BIS conduits for the affected email accounts. Otherwise, you can contact your carrier for formal support -- since your BB was replaced, it is also possible that they have not fully shifted your BIS account from your old BB to your new one.
