Reconfigure organizer message

After not using my laptop with my Blackberry for two weeks due to holidays I have just backed up and then tried to synch. The message I get is: Organizer failed to start. The BB desktop software could not load your previous organizer data configurations. Reconfigure your organizer settings to synchronize data between your computer and BB device. Therefore I am unable to update my calendar and contacts which is frustrating! Can anyone help?

maybe your computer have corrupted file, so your blackberry software cannot work
