From your post, I cannot tell what you did. On the handset (as you say), there is no such thing as factory reset. That is a function available via the Desktop Software, not directly on the handset. So I am not at all sure what you did.
Nevertheless, if you performed any of the various WIPE methods, and those files are gone, then there is no recovery natively on the device itself. If you have properly (and fully) backed up recently, then they should be there for you. If you have not backed up, then, well...
I have read about some services that claim to be able to recover deleted data from Device Memory (what I think you meant by "internal memory"), but I've never needed them, so I've no idea about their success rates nor their fees. But, a few minutes on Google should reveal to you some candidate services.
